Terms and conditions
The commercial side: what you buy, what it costs and what happens when it runs out.

The full document is being prepared and is not available on this site. Until it is, this page describes what is already true of the product rather than standing in for the document with text nobody has reviewed.
What holds today
- Consul is sold as credits, not as seats or as a subscription tier. There is one published rate and it is the same at every pack size.
- Purchased credits stay good for twelve months from the date they are granted.
- Credits granted as a signup trial are separate and expire on their own, shorter schedule.
- A workspace stops working when it reaches the spend cap its owners set, rather than continuing and invoicing the difference.
- Every debit is a row in an append-only ledger the workspace can read at any time.
The mechanisms behind these are described on the security page. For anything this page does not answer, get in touch.
