One rate. No seats.
Consul meters the work, not the people. Credits cost $2.375 per thousand at every size, and a workspace never spends past the ceiling you set.

Everything is in the price
There is no edition to upgrade to. A workspace on its first day has the same product as a workspace on its five hundredth.
- Every surface: chat, agents, apps, workflows, vault, memory, skills
- Unlimited members, at no per-seat charge
- More than thirty connections to tools you already use
- Spend caps, usage alerts and a per-member cost breakdown
- Your own provider key, at no markup, whenever you want it
The questions people actually ask
- What is a credit?
- The unit we meter work in. A credit maps to what a run actually costs us to serve, at a published rate, so a heavier job costs more credits and a lighter one costs fewer. Nothing is estimated after the fact: every debit is a row in an append-only ledger you can read.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Add the whole company. You pay for work that runs, which means a colleague who reads a report costs nothing and the agent that wrote it costs what it cost.
- What happens when the credits run out?
- Work stops, which is the point. A workspace has a cap it cannot silently exceed, and members you nominate get an alert before it is reached. Buy another pack, or connect your own provider key and keep going.
- Can I use my own model provider key?
- Yes. Runs routed through your key are billed by your provider and Consul takes nothing on top. It is the same product either way.
- Do credits expire?
- Purchased credits stay good for twelve months and roll over month to month. The 2,500 you get at signup are a trial grant and last 14 days.
